SavaWatt designs and builds the SavaPower voltage optimisation range in the UK. When you buy SavaPower, you're buying from the manufacturer — not a reseller, not a rebadged import.
Much of the UK voltage optimisation market is resale: installers and consultancies selling hardware built by someone else. There's nothing wrong with that model — but it means the company on your invoice can't change a winding specification, can't build you a non-standard rating, and depends on their supplier for support across a unit lifespan measured in decades.

Every SavaPower unit is designed by SavaWatt and manufactured in the UK — engineered, built and tested to our own designs and specifications.
Our engineering approach is a deliberate choice: lower losses, lower noise and a compact modular form factor suited to retail plant rooms and pub cellars. Our 160 A units have years of continuous field service behind them, and our production designs are calibrated against measured performance from that installed base — not just datasheet theory.

Frequently asked questions
SavaWatt Controls Ltd designs the SavaPower range and manufactures it in the UK. Every unit is built and tested to SavaWatt's own designs and specifications, and SavaWatt installs what it builds through its own NICEIC and ECA-approved teams.
No. The UK market includes a small number of genuine manufacturers and a larger number of resellers and installers supplying hardware built by third parties. The test is design ownership: ask any supplier who can change a winding specification, build a non-standard rating, or support the unit in year fifteen. If the answer is "our supplier", you're buying from a reseller.
Yes. Because the designs are ours, we can produce non-standard ratings, tap ranges and configurations to suit the site.
